Are you a leader amongst your peers? Are you a problem solver, organizer, trainer, teacher? We are looking for a person-centered energetic supervisor who performs well in a fast-paced environment. You will assist the Store Manager in providing leadership to staff and to adults with disabilities in our Job Training program. We promise—you will never be bored! Job duties may include all aspects of management/leadership for a Sunrise retail store: scheduling, inventory, training, budgeting. Direct Support Professional training will be provided. Full-time hours will include some evenings and weekends.
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a retail setting and proven, stable employment history. High School Diploma or GED. Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities is awesome but not required. Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite will be a big plus as well. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Must have Oregon driver license and be insurable by our insurance company. Must have desire to work with people with disabilities. Must be able to pass criminal history check and drug screen, including negative for all marijuana products due to federal contracts.
