We are looking for energetic, person-centered employees who can help us showcase great deals in Douglas County by providing outstanding customer service at our Umpqua Liquidation store in Myrtle Creek! This position will work as Cashier, stock shelves, and process goods. Training may be provided to become a Direct Support Professional for individuals with disabilities in our Retail Job Training Program. Multiple positions with both part-time and full-time hours are available; must be able to work evenings and weekends.


Minimum 4-6 months’ experience in a retail setting preferred. Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities is awesome but not required. Experience with Microsoft Office suite will be a big plus as well. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be able to pass criminal history check and drug screen including negative for all marijuana products due to federal contracts.


Physical requirements: Must be able to stand through majority of work shift; grasp, bend, reach, push, pull, kneel. Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs. routinely unassisted; 50 lbs. on occasion with assistance.


Full-time position includes medical for $50/month, 50% contribution for dental and vision, $10K life at no cost, six paid holidays, paid time off, employee discounts including 50% on thrift items at Sunrise Shop & Save Stores. Part-time position includes the same awesome employee discounts, as well as prorated holiday and personal leave pay.
