Put your great work ethic and job skills to work in a new way with this supportive role for people with disabilities! As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for providing job coaching, training, and supervision of people with disabilities who have been placed in jobs within the community (outside of Sunrise). Assist individuals in achieving their highest potential through modeling and teaching appropriate skills and work ethics. Hours will vary depending on need.
High School Diploma or GED and stable employment history. Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office suite preferred. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have valid Oregon driver’s license and be insurable by Sunrise insurance carrier. Must be able to pass criminal history check and drug screen, including negative for all marijuana products due to federal contracts.
Part-time position includes 50% employee discount on thrift items at Sunrise Shop & Save Stores, as well as prorated holiday and personal leave pay.
