Responsibilities:    

We are looking for a full-time IT professional with great problem-solving and communication skills. You will learn our Point of Sale system: ensuring connectivity of our seven retail locations with headquarters, providing and developing regular and ad hoc reports, reviewing inventory counts to identify process and system issues, assisting with physical inventory uploads, managing sales pricing, maintaining PCI compliance, and assisting store managers with troubleshooting and resolving equipment and other IT issues. Assisting phone and computer users throughout our company, you will manage relationships with our IT service and support vendors to maintain systems and resolve issues. You will also assist with implementation of new technology solutions. Travel to Sunrise locations throughout Douglas County will be required on occasion. Evening and weekend work may also be required.

Qualifications:

Retail experience with a Point of Sale system required. SQL Server experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics RMS is a plus. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess strong Microsoft Office, keyboarding, and analytical skills. Must be able to accurately and effectively work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a neat and safe environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Valid Oregon driver’s license and insurable by Sunrise insurance carrier. Must be able to pass criminal history check and drug screen including negative for all marijuana products due to federal contracts.
